At the coast near the village of Néville sur Mer, at the Pointe de Néville, lies a huge bunker complex on and behind the beachside.
Several of the bunkers are damaged by testing explosive devices during and after the war, but most of them are still recognisable. The complex is a great mix of bunkers types and because it is a "Marine Küsten Batterie M.K.B." you will find lots of bunkers of the M-type in standard and Sk version.
The battery had some wall at the seaside combined with an extensive tunnel complex along and from the beach, connecting the bunkers and objects inland.
The battery is built around the Point and had therefore two sides and also an inland side, where the Germans built also some defence objects. There are also facility buildings like some houses and one of the specialties you can still see clearly are the remains of a "bath-, wash- and toilet-building".
